Registration fee includes room, meals, a camp t-shirt, camp shuttle to/from BWI Airport or Amtrak, all rowing/coxing instruction, and clinics. Full payment is due upon registration and may be made via credit card or check. 

Session 3 is currently full for experienced coxswains. If a spot opens for a wait-listed applicant, payment instructions will be emailed (please note that no fee is needed to be placed on the waiting list).

Prior to June 1, refunds will be issued minus a $100 cancellation fee (plus the $15 credit card processing fee if you paid via credit card).

Effective June 1 up until 24 hours prior to the start of your camp's session, cancellations will be refunded at 50% (plus the $15 credit card processing fee if you paid via credit card). 

Cancellations/early departures for any reason after the 24 hour window will not be refunded.

All cancellations must be reported in writing to Camp Director Heather Schlosberg at 

NCAA rules prohibit free/reduced camp admission for prospect-aged individuals.

We do offer a sibling discount to any families sending two or more daughters to our Navy Rowing Camp. The first camper pays in full while each additional sibling camper is discounted $50. Please contact Camp Director, Heather Schlosberg, at for payment instructions to receive this discount.

After completing the application, please submit your camp registration fee ($950) within one week to secure your requested spot. You may complete your payment via credit card on our secure payment portal or via check through postal mail. 

Wait-listed applications do not require payment until a spot becomes available.
