LEARN-TO-ROW CAMP
For campers ages 13-18 who will by the start of camp have one of the following:
- no prior rowing/coxing experience
- only prior camp/clinic rowing experience
- only coxing experience (and want to try rowing instead)

Registration Instructions
1. REVIEW OUR FOOD ALLERGY & SPECIAL DIET POLICY
Due to the nature of the Naval Academy’s dining hall (where food allergies and special dietary requirements may serve as disqualification from consideration for naval service), we are unable to provide allergy or special diet (e.g. gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan) accommodations at our camps. If you require special meals, please do not proceed with your application until you read up on our full policy here.
2. COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION
Click on the applicable application link below and complete your application. Please allow 10 minutes to complete this and make sure to have all of your camper's personal information (including emergency contacts, physician's name and number, health insurance policy, etc.) and rowing information (2k erg, side preference, coach's name & contact) handy.
If you are unsure of which camp (development vs. learn-to-row) to apply to, please email us with your age, grade, and rowing history (including program, coach, practice frequency, and boat type) and we can help you determine which camp is the best fit.
3. SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION FEE
After completing your application, please proceed to our payment page and submit your registration fee ($1275 for our 5-day camps, $1000 for our 4-day camp). A $15 non-refundable credit card fee will be applied. WE ARE NEARING CAPACITY FOR ALL CAMPS: applications not matched to a payment within 24 hours will be cancelled; please do not apply if you do not intend to submit payment immediately after.
*NOTE: if your session/spot is wait list only, no payment is needed right now, but once a spot is offered to you, payment is expected within 48 hours of notification to secure the seat.
WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT
You will first receive two automated emails: one from our rowing camp office confirming receipt of your application and a second from the Navy Ticket Office confirming receipt of your payment.
Next, once our office has matched your application with payment from the Navy Ticket Office, you will receive a third email from us containing your confirmation packet. This email is manually generated, so please allow 1 business day for us to send it. If you do not see it after 1 business day has passed (please check your spam folder!), please email us to confirm we have the correct email address for you.
