1. Complete the appropriate application in the section below. Allow at least 15 minutes for application completion and be prepared to provide:

  • Camper, parent, and emergency contact information

  • Medical provider, health insurance, allergy, and medical history information

  • Parent/guardian and camper digital signatures for medical releases

  • For campers with some prior rowing/coxing experience – sport history, times, and side preferences (for this reason, we strongly urge parents to complete this application with their camper!)

2. Submit your $985 registration fee on our payment page immediately following your application. Applications not matched with a payment within 48 hours will be cancelled. (Note: no payment is needed for placement on the waitlist. If a spot becomes available for you, you will then be contacted via email with instructions to complete your payment within 48 hours.)

CAMP/CLINIC EXPERIENCE | June 19-23 & June 26-30

For prospective campers who will have only completed camps/clinics by the start of camp, or those who have taken a long break from the sport and need a refresher. Coxswains interested in switching to rowing would fall into this category.

  • ROWERS: WAITLIST ONLY for both weeks
  • COXSWAINS: WAITLIST ONLY for both weeks

WAITLISTED SESSIONS: Currently all of our camps -- for all experience levels -- are waitlist only. If interested in securing a place on our waitlist, please complete an application for the applicable experience level. We will follow up within one business day with your placement information. No payment is needed until a spot is available, and at that point payment will be needed within 48 hours to secure your seat. Notification will be by email.

Please note that we pull from the waitlist on a first come, first served basis from our applications on file so if interested in attending camp, we strongly urge you to get your application in as soon as possible as we are receiving applications daily. Our wait lists are very fluid and we do encourage you to check off all weeks that you would be available to attend to maximize your chances of acquiring a seat. Emailing us your interest does not add you to the waitlist; an application must be submitted to receive an offer for a spot.

If applying for the final June 12-16 coxing spot, payment instructions will be emailed to you following your application.

please read before applying!

application instructions

$985 | Camp tuition covers all coaching, seminars, housing, meals (Sunday dinner through Thursday breakfast), Navy Rowing Camp t-shirt, supervision, and camp shuttle service to/from BWI Airport and Amtrak station. Our camps check in Sunday afternoons and check out Thursdays just prior to lunch

Thank you for your interest in our summer 2022 camps! Prior to completing your application, please make sure to read the following important information to avoid forfeiting any registration fees:

1. COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: all campers and camp staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to participate (the camper's second dose must be between 2 weeks and 1 year of their camp start; if greater than 1 year, a booster is required). Proof of vaccination will be required at camp check-in. Additional policies and requirements will be shared as we get closer to camp as we continue to monitor state, local, and Navy health guidelines in our efforts to ensure a safe and rewarding Navy Rowing Camp experience.

2. Food Allergies/Special Diets: due to the nature of the Naval Academy’s dining hall (where food allergies and special dietary requirements may serve as disqualification from consideration for naval service), we are unfortunately unable to provide allergy or special diet (e.g. gluten-free, vegetarian) accommodations at our camps. Please learn more about this on our dining page and contact us with any questions before moving forward with your application if you have any special dietary requirements.
